Brellow is similar to bone broth in that it is rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. It can be used to treat a leaky gut, to relieve joint pain, is organic, paleo, nutrient dense and also GAPS friendly.

How To Use
Simply spoon brellow onto a hot surface, and wait for it to melt. Then cook. Use in the same way you would butter, tallow, ghee or lard.
Brellow is arguably the most nutrient dense component of bone broth and the perfect addition to any kitchen. Better still, it will last up to a month when stored at room temperature, but it’s shelf life can be extended to six months when stored in the fridge.
I used that amazing tallow today (the bone broth one) it is packed full of the most amazing flavour! We did a simple sausage casserole type thing so I fried them off, added an onion a carrot diced and some celery sliced and sweated it all off 300ml of water 3 tsp of bone broth 1/2 tsp of your chicken salt and eventually I'll thicken it with some arrowroot but it's the best tasty gravy so far I've ever had! (Even having made my own broths)
