FAQs

How much do I take? Our bone broth contains nothing but natural food ingredients so there is no limit to have much you can consume. You can never do any harm, no matter your age! We recommend 1-2tsp per day to maintain optimal gut health. This can be consumed as a liquid or in its solid state.

Does it need refrigeration? No. Our bone broth can be stored in a cool dark place such as your pantry. We recommend storing in a glass jar for maximum shelf life, which is 2 years (please check the best before date on your sticker).

Where do your bones come from? Being certified organic, we are limited to a handful of certified organic farms across Australia. We are super proud to support these local farmers doing right by both the animals and the land in fair treatment and sustainability. We are very passionate about this believing happy animals make for healing foods.

How do you make your broth? There are NO secrets here. We cook our bone broth in the traditional manner, lots of organic ingredients and pure triple filtered rain water. The broth is slow simmered in stainless steel vestibules for a minimum of 48 hours and sets like jelly showing the high gelatin content essential for gut healing properties.

Why do you dehydrate? Bone broth has been dehydrated since the stone age. Truly! Our ancestors would dry their broth in animal skins on hot stones to allow them to carry it as the roamed. It is the only natural way to increase shelf life while completely maintaining all nutrients without any processing or modifications.

Why not make a paste? Making a paste would be far less time consuming and easier, however we do not wish to alter the natural state of our broth by reducing or adding artificial thickeners. We maintain maximum natural nutrients so there is never any need to add extras to boost the benefits.

Low Histamine diet and taste

I neeed a low-histamine and nutritious diet and often it is hard to get 'flavour' into my dishes. This is simply the best chicken bone broth on the market. There is no need to delve deeply to find the right words to describe it! It blends well into dishes being cooked and actually has a lovely taste!

Of all the available bone broths, this particular one is my favourite. In both taste and smell it is a superior product. I find it easy to travel with the sachets to keep up the required dosage I like to have each day. Taking bone broth seems to have aided many of the digestive problems that I experience and is an invaluable part of my daily routine.

Yummier than MSG chicken stock

I love using this powder to make noodle soup for my little girl especially when she sees adults eating instant noodles she wants a taste of it. Now the adults at home are eating our own diy instant noodles soup. Honestly we aren’t missing the store bought instant noodles these days. Excellent in making my stir fry veges tasty too.. I’ve substitute most of my cooking that I used to use MSG flavoured chicken stock to broth of life products.

Chicken Bone Broth

Firstly - a big thank you for creating a wonderfully convenient organic product. I bought the chicken Bone Broth powder because I don't use stock cubes that contain lots of nasty ingredients & other options are always too salty.
I really bought the powder as a quick fix for those times you need a small amount of stock in certain recipes and also to have on hand for a convenient pick-me-up cup of broth. I absolutely loved the 'roast chicken' flavour of the Broth. My only issue was, that despite adding boiling water & stirring vigorously - I did end up with a fair amount of solids in the bottom of my mug. Apart from this - I give a
big thumbs up for this product.

Hi Cheryl, I'm so glad you enjoyed our product. When rehydrating a product, unfortunately some sediment is unavoidable due to the solid matter that we include such as small amounts of vegetable and meat. It is much like, dare I say it, an instant cup -of-soup with larger chunks of veg. For a fully dissolving experience, we do have our freeze dried range, but they do contain tamari and nutritional yeast as added ingredients for flavour.
