📦 Shipping Policies and Rates
Within Australia
- Dispatch: 1–2 business days after your order is placed
- Express Post: Usually 1–3 business days
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and location
- FREE Shipping: Applied automatically for orders over $99 within Australia
International Orders 🌏
- Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery (customs time varies)
- Tracking may be limited once your parcel leaves Australia
- Customs may delay or occasionally confiscate products
- Broth of Life is not responsible for customs or postal delays
🚚 How Items Are Shipped
Our primary courier is Australia Post, but other couriers may be used where appropriate. If you prefer a specific carrier, select that paid option at checkout.
If Free Shipping is selected, Broth of Life will choose the courier on your behalf. Courier selection cannot be changed once dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email directly from the courier.
🔐 Authority to Leave (ATL)
Australia Post
- Signature is required by default for secure delivery
- You may choose ATL via Australia Post notifications (at your own risk)
Aramex
- Aramex does not offer signature on delivery
- They may leave a parcel in a location they consider “safe”
- This is outside of Broth of Life’s control
- If you require signature, please choose Australia Post
🌍 International Shipping Notes
- Tracking varies depending on the destination country
- Customs processing may delay delivery
- Customs may reject or remove items
- Broth of Life cannot be held responsible for customs decisions
🏠 Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has not shipped, we can update your address—please contact us with your order number.
If your order has shipped:
- You may be able to redirect it using the courier’s tracking link
- If unavailable, contact Australia Post on 13 76 78
- Broth of Life cannot update addresses once a parcel has left our facility
🔎 Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Use the tracking link provided to follow its progress.
🛡️ Shipping Protection (Optional Add-On)
If selected at checkout, Shipping Protection provides replacement coverage for parcels once the courier has completed an investigation and confirmed the parcel is:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Damaged
What Customers Must Do
Shipping Protection does not bypass courier procedures. Customers must:
- Lodge the missing/damaged parcel enquiry directly with the courier (Australia Post or the relevant provider)
- Notify Broth of Life of the missing parcel
- Provide any documentation requested by the courier
- Allow the courier to complete their investigation
Once the courier officially confirms the parcel as lost, damaged, or stolen, Broth of Life will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
- Shipping Protection does not cover courier delays
- It does not allow for replacement or refund before courier investigation is complete
- If the courier confirms delivery or ongoing transit, replacement is not available under this program
📭 Lost or Delayed Parcels (Without Shipping Protection)
We will assist where possible, but Broth of Life is not the courier and cannot access internal courier systems.
If your parcel appears lost or delayed:
- The receiver must lodge an investigation with the courier
- Tracking links and instructions are supplied in your dispatch email
- Broth of Life cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered after dispatch
