Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To withdraw from your purchase, please email us at sales@brothoflife.com.au with the subject line "Withdrawal Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or cancel
- The date you received your order
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email. Once confirmed, please return the goods within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
