Here at Broth of Life we get a tonne of requests for suggestions on different ways to use dehydrated bone broth. As a result, we post regular recipes via the wonders of social media and have gradually been gathering quite the mouth-watering collection. They are a result of myself, Broth of Life staff, some incredibly talented friends and dearly loved family members coming together in the most delicious brainstorming session of all time.
When the concept of compiling our bone broth recipes into what later became ‘Cooking with Bone Broth’ first came up we had to decide on our approach. Desserts, finger food, comfort foods, light meals... The list goes on. We had so many ideas and so many recipes that it got to a point where we thought it was almost impossible to make a call on one theme. So, we didn’t. That is, we moved away from trying to theme it in a food sense and made the compilation of our bone broth recipes about the one thing they all had in common. Their versatility and the ability to include bone broth in the process. As a result, we now have a cookbook with 5 irresistible sections;
