Tallow is pure organic beef suet fat, sourced from the fat around the kidneys. We make pure tallow that is does not have fat from any other region of the cow. Beware other manufacturers claiming to have made tallow whilst only using cheaper beef fat cuts or broth fat. Pure tallow is made from suet only.

It has a rich flavour similar to lard and is loaded with vitamin E. Tallow can be used to treat a leaky gut and relieve joint pain.

Beautiful

Beautiful cooking fat. Sauté all my vegetables with it, add to scrambled eggs. Adds beautiful flavour to my meals. The only downside is that it’s out of stock a lot. But definitely worth it , when available. Try and produce more. Thanks for the amazing range, broth of life.
