Food to Nourish have activated organic Australian almonds by soaking them in water, sea salt and apple cider vinegar for 12 hours, before drying them at a low temperature for 48 hours. This activation process makes the almonds extra crunchy, tasty and much more digestible.
They’ve then rolled the almonds in organic extra virgin olive oil before coating them in a Australian inspired spice mix of lemon myrtle, salt bush, kutjera powder and sea salt.
