CANCELLATION POLICY

For a cancellation received after purchase and before dispatch, please email immediately to admin@brothoflife.com.au to advise of cancellation.

Change of mind?
For orders received after purchase and after delivery – goods can be returned (at your own expense) within 7 days after receiving your order provided that the products have not been opened.  Please return items to Broth of Life, Unit 7, 8 – 10 Dympna St Cromer   NSW  2099.  Refunds will be made to the credit card that was utilised to place the order at the time of purchase within 24-48 hours.

SHIPPING & PACKING COSTS

We use Australia Post in most cases, and on occasion we utilise  Hunter Express and Fastway Couriers.

We deliver worldwide via Australia Post (delivery costs are available on our shopping cart – please insert destination country to select the available postage options to your destination).  Please note that additional taxes/VAT (ie United Kingdom) may be imposed and you should make the appropriate enquiries with your Customs office. 

RETURNS

In the event that you wish to return the goods, the cost of returning goods is at your own expense.

In the event that your item is incorrect or damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will rectify this error as soon as possible at our expense.

No products can be returned once exceeding the cancellation period.
