Chicken Rissoles are a favourite in our boys school lunch boxes. They are super fast and easy, tasty warm or cold. Add some extra nutrition by cooking them in bone broth! This wonderful recipe was provided by one of our dear vegan friends, Carren Smith. She was involved with testing our Vegetable Stock during development and was thrilled with the outcome.
